How should I use this Practice Test ?

Learn about how to conduct a Pre-trip inspection for your car and truck driver’s licence test. The Pre-trip inspection is to show the examiner that your vehicle is roadworthy. Make sure you go over the pre-trip inspections with your driving instructor – they will be able to explain any specific terms you are having trouble with. For vehicles year model 2001 and newer, we allow one (1) non-continuous monitor to be 'Not Ready' and still pass the test, but two (2) or more 'Not Ready' readings will cause the vehicle to fail. For vehicles year model 1996 – 2000, we allow two (2) non-continuous monitors to be 'Not Ready' and still pass the test, but three (3) or more 'Not. This is a practical driving test to determine the ability of aspirant motor vehicle drivers and motorcycle riders. The driving test measures a driver's proficiency in: handling the vehicle. Obedience to traffic rules. Traffic signals and surface markings. Pre-Trip Inspection; Alley Docking; Parallel Parking; Turn in Road (Three Point Turn) Incline Start; The Road Test Driving on the road, where you master the K53 System of Vehicle Control and the skills of driving in everyday traffic. Goal To prepare learner drivers for the Practical K53 Road Test at Driver’s License Testing.

2Open right side door, wind the window down and close the door.
3Open the door from the inside, wind window up and close the door.
4Right side mirror clean and serviceable.
5Check right-hand portion of windscreen clean and serviceable.
6Right side wiper blade serviceable
7Right side tire has more than 1mm thread, the side wall of the tire is not damaged, the wheel-nuts are secure, the valve cap is on, the air-pressure is correct and there is no oil or grease on the tire.
8Headlight and indicator lenses are clean and serviceable.
9Oil, water, brake-fluid and fan-belt have been checked and the bonnet is secure.
10Number-plate clean and serviceable.
